Description

Welcome to the world of Pizza Slice!

Take on the role of Tonio and manage the family pizzeria inherited from your grandfather. Experience the full scope of running a restaurant business: from shopping for ingredients, to doing prep work and finally making a real Italian pizza! It's up to you to rise to the top or go bankrupt and shame your family.

From zero to hero

Good-hearted grandpa, Stefano has given you no easy task! Get your establishment up and running, then learn the secrets of running an Italian pizzeria. Keep your customers happy, don't be surprised by a mysterious reviewer, and above all, don't let mediocre chains take your place in the market. Everyone knows very well that quality, not quantity, counts!

Face the problems

The competition never sleeps! Sabotage and health inspections are just a few of the problems you will face. On top of that, there is a culinary mafia roaming the city... No one said it would be easy, but what wouldn't you do for a tasty pizza?

Every chef needs a helper

Two heads are better than one! At your side is your lazy cousin Alfonso, who will help you start the family business. As we all know, there is strength in numbers, so invite your friends to play and create an Italian pizza empire together!

A unique souvenir!

Your grandfather left you something else! Take a look at the cookbook passed down from generation to generation and learn the secret recipes for pizzas that even the most ardent pizza-lovers never dreamed of.

Game features:

  • The Dream - Experience a cozy Italy in the heart of a romanticized New York City: run an Italian pizzeria in the middle of a bustling American metropolis.

  • The Business - owning a restaurant is not only about the food, but also managing ingredients, doing prep work, cleaning, and being the front face of the establishment. In Pizza Slice you need to master the whole business of running a restaurant, not only the food.

  • The Buzz - you need to think on your feet - expand the amount of tables, buy better kitchenware, learn or create new recipes, fight your competition and fend off the culinary mafia all while doing your everyday chores.

  • A cozy simulation - the above points make you sweaty? Relax and have-a-go! Pizza Slice at its heart is a romantic and humorous depiction of what it means to run a modern restaurant business.

  • A portion for two - you will have your unique staff at the restaurant but why not invite a friend and play together? It’s half the buzz and double the fun!

Reviews History

What this shows: Review accumulation over time reveals player sentiment and community reception. The line tracks total review count growth—steep increases indicate viral moments or major updates. The colored bars show daily review breakdown: green (positive) vs. red (negative). Watch for sudden red spikes, which often signal controversies, technical issues, or unpopular changes. Sustained green dominance (70%+ positive) correlates with long-term sales success. For investors, review velocity matters—games maintaining 1,000+ reviews per month show healthy engagement. Compare review ratios to Metacritic scores to spot discrepancies between critic and player reception.

Search Interest

What this shows: Google Search trends reveal public awareness and interest over time, independent of Steam metrics. Spikes indicate moments when the game captured mainstream attention—typically around announcements, trailers, beta releases, or launch day. Compare search interest to follower growth to gauge whether marketing efforts are reaching beyond the existing gaming community. For unreleased games, rising search volume suggests effective promotional campaigns. For released games, sustained search interest months after launch indicates lasting cultural relevance. Investors should note: viral search moments don't always translate to sales, but they do indicate brand awareness that could drive future DLC or sequel success. This data helps answer "Is anyone talking about this game outside of core gaming circles?"
